Indenture confirming the repayment schedule of Sir John Darcy [De Vere], Lord Darcy of Chiche, to the Exchequer of a debt of £953 7s 8½d, the remainder of a £1553 7s 8½d debt owed to Elizabeth I by Darcy as administrator of his father, Sir Thomas Darcy. For a previous forestalling of these repayments, Darcy granted in fee simple the manors of Wigborough, Lee Wyke, and Wyars Hall, Essex. Sealed by John Darcy. 9 Eliz I
