Grant by Elizabeth I to Ambrose Dudley, earl of Warwick, and Anne, his wife, of the manor, rectory, and parsonage of Northaw, Hertfordshire, in exchange for the manor and lands of the late priory of Rosedale, Yorkshire, bargained and sold to the queen by Dudley. Attached is a bond by Ambrose Dudley to pay £1000 to the queen if the conditions of the indenture are not met. Plus two indentured summaries of the agreement. Sealed by Dudley. 18 Eliz I
