Copy of a letter from the Collector and Comptroller of the Customs at Boston [Massachusetts], giving an account of of a large gang of smugglers committing 'several outrages' in that place. Directions for 100 men from General Hawley's Regiment under regular officers, to be sent to intercept the smuggling cutters at sea.
