Folios 358-359: Home Riggs Popham, HMS Stirling Castle, Spithead.
Notes that he is ordered to Cherbourg, so encloses a log of his returning voyage, and says the log for the preceding part has been sent to the Navy Board but on his return he will send a copy of it to the Admiralty. Admiralty note on reverse says to inform him it was his duty to have sent the papers as soon as he arrived.
