Folios 339-340: Thomas Percival, HMS Echo, Barbadoes Station.
Writes with regard to their Lordships' letter re the conduct of Lt William Burt Weeks [Weekes], saying that having answered it immediately, and agreeable to their request, he now on reflection of Weekes' youth recommends him to their consideration - although at the time he had felt it his duty to make the complaint against him to Vice Admiral Sir Thomas Foley. Feels their Lordships' indulgence will be received 'as an admonition for amendment' in his conduct for the future.
