Folios 304-305: Thomas Percival, HMS Echo.
Replies to a request for information concerning the dismissal of Lieutenant Wicks fom HMS Echo. Points out a full account has previously gone to Admiral Foley as Commander of the Downs Station but does give details again. They include leaving HMS Echo in the hands of a recently appointed gunner, no other officer being present, and during his absence being charged with an assault on a young girl and provoking an official complaint from Lieutenant Rowe of HMS Swan.
