Folios 300-301: Daniel Pring, Captain Commanding on Lake Champlein, [Canada]
Copy of Order I January 1814 from Sir James Yeo, Commander of HM ships and Vessels in the lakes in Canada. Pring is to construct twelve boats capable of carrying heavy ordinance on Lake St. Francis and reaching Montreal, join up with other vessels and take command of them and prevent a large French force finding their way out of the Salmon River.
