Informing their Lordships that the Unicorn, with HRH the Duke of Cambridge aboard, has arrived from Scheveling, which they left the previous day at 4pm. He had left Hellevoet for Scheveling as the weather was settled and he believed that would be a more convenient embarkation place for the Duke.
