Letter to inform their Lordships that as soon as he received the dispatches from Sir Michael Seymour, on 7 May, he made a telegraph signal from HMS Hannibal. Signal from HMS Hannibal to Pheasant is depicted on the second folio, 'Report to Admiralty on your arrival that ship Kate is now with convoy', showing the relevant number signals and dated 3pm on 7 May.
