Folios 80-82. Two letters (one in Spanish) from Francis Sequi, 'Subrogat Register of the Tribunal of the Vice Admiralty of Minorca'. Regards the taking of the Dutch ships: 'The Neletta' and the 'Cornelia Maria' of Amsterdam by Captain Lucio O'Brien of 'The Colchester' man of war. Both vessels laden with stores for Marseilles, belonging to French subjects, 'enemies' to His Majesty.
