Suffered ague attack around 05/07/1915 and another, 08/07/1915; clinical charts show temperature spiking at a maximum of 105 degrees, 08/07/1915. No rigors for one week by 21/07/1915. Also limited movement in right elbow; X-ray report, 22/07/1915, shows injury. Details of discharge not stated, but clinical charts show that patient in hospital until at least 08/09/1915.
