Details and Outcome: Patient left Jamaica in February 1915 and had attack of ague then of three weeks' duration. Symptoms now include pains in stomach and thighs, tender upper abdomen, constipation, raised temperature. Blood tested before and after a rigor, 14/05/1915, Widal test negative for malaria, slight signs of typhoid and paratyphoid. Recommended for transfer to auxiliary hospital, 21/05/1915.
