Service number: 1954.

Age: 21.

Hospital(s): 2 Southern General Hospital, Bristol.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Malaria.

Details and Outcome: Includes clinical chart. Onset of disease at Gallipoli, 04/09/1915, but suffered previously before the war; went to Egypt and had recurrent attacks of malaria; malarial organisms detected in blood there. Last attack around one month previously, but fairly well now. Discharged to duty. Dates of admission and discharge, see clinical chart.
