Details and Outcome: First contracted dysentery in India, 1909. Permitted 1 years leave. 2 relapses since. Onset of current illness 28/09/1914. Sent to 3rd General Hospital, St-Nazaire and remained for 1 month. Discharged to light duty. Relapsed after 10 days. Readmitted then sent to England. At Netley prescribed chicken diet. Home address listed: Landseore Lodge, Teignmouth, South Devon. Discharged.
