Hospital(s): St Andrews Hospital, Malta; Huddersfield War Hospital.

Condition/Injury/Disease: Dysentery.

Details and Outcome: Onset of dysentery 04/11/1915 at Cape Helles. Invalided to St Andrews Hospital, Malta 15/11/1915. Recovered well at Huddersfield. No diarrhoea or pain and motions well formed. Clinical chart attached. Chart tracks patient's temperature, pulse and motions. Fit for duty.
