Folios 260-261: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. Information regarding seaman Thomas Ashley, of Shrewsbury, Shropshire, impressed from the Algesiras of Guernsey by Lieutenant Carter.
Folios 262-263: Enclosure with folios 260-261: [Simeonds?], Salvador House, 22 August 1811, to the Admiralty. Request for Thomas Ashley to return to the Guernsey ship the Algesiras following his impress at Falmouth after the ship's journey from Malta. Captain Ferguson mentioned
