Folios 225-226: James Slade, HMS Experiment, Falmouth. States the case of Ezekiel Perham, who claims to be an American, impressed on 5 August out of the British ship Felix by Lieutenant Carter and detained for service having no document to prove his citizenship other than a certificate from the American Consul in London.
Folio 227-228: Enclosure with folios 225-226: William Lyman, Consul of the United States of America in London, 15 March 1810. Original certificate of American citizenship for Ezekiel Perham, a Mariner, of Newberry [Newbury], Massachusetts.
