Folios 182-183: Watkin Owen Pell, HMS Thunder at Mother Bank Portsmouth. Reports the arrival of HMS Thunder, under his command, from Gibraltar, under the orders of Captain Askew Paffard Hollis and in company with the Malta Convoy. They have aboard twenty invalids from the Toulon fleet and two American prisoners. Everyone in good health.
