Folio 181: Enclosure in folios 179-180. Sir Edward Pellew, Admiral, HMS Caledonia at Port Mahon, 2 February 1813 to Benjamin Worthington, Midshipman, HMS Hibernia. A duplicate commission, informing Benjamin Worthington, lately Midshipman on HMS Hibernia, that he is appointed Lieutenant aboard the HMS Milford, following the death of Lieutenant Othnel Mawdesley, [9 November 1812].
