Folios 174-175: Henry John Peachey, [?] House. Regarding his refusal to submit his accounts for HMS Sir Francis Drake as he did not previously send a remark book to the Admiralty. Het says he never received the order to do so and had no knowledge of it, so requests that he may be given the usual certificate to complete his accounts anyway.
