- HEC prefix was in use by File Office 62 and closed in 1993. HED prefix was transferred from File Office 477 to File Office 293 and closed. HEL, HTD prefixes was in use by File Office 293 at the Departmental Record Officer (DRO) census in February 1990 and closed in 1996. HEO prefix was in use by File Office 293 at audit visit in January 1996 and closed by branch in January 2000. HPA prefix was issued to File Office 62 at Departmentl Record Offcier (DRO) census in February 1990. Prefix was transferred to File Office 73 in 1996 and noted as closed on CFR database in 2003.
