ERN prefix was noted as in use by the File Office 139 at Departmental Record Officer (DRO) audit on 5th February 1990. The prefix was transferred to File Office 136 on the 25th January 1995 and was transferred back to File Office 139 on the 18th November 1999. The prefix was still in use in 2001. ESH prefix was noted as in use by the File Office 139 at Departmental Record Officer (DRO) audit on 5th February 1990. The prefix was recorded as closed at RMA audit visit on the 9th March 1999.
