Alexander McCutcheon convicted at Salford [Lancashire] Sessions on 23 October 1826. Initial sentence: unstated but time expired 2 December 1831.
John Goodwin convicted at Kirkdale [Lancashire] on 23 October 1826. Initial sentence: unstated but time expired 11 November 1831.
Jane Burns convicted at Chelmsford [Essex] on 5 December 1827. Initial sentence: unstated but time expired 10 January 1833.
Gaoler's name: Henley Eden Chairman of Superintending Committee.
Grounds for clemency (Recommendation Details): Ill health: McCutcheon asthma; Goodwin disease of the heart; Burns pulmonary disease.
