Name: Mark Westcott.
Occupation: Labourer.
Place of accident: Steam Shed, Barry, Glamorgan.
Injury: Brusing to the left knee resulting in fluid and an abcess, along with wasting of the thigh muscle.
Details of accident: Westcott slipped on some grease in the steam shed whilst carrying firebars. He fell and the left knee struck the ground.
