Place of accident: No 2 Movable Tip, [Barry Docks] Glamorgan.
Injury: Fatal - precise injuries not stated.
Details of accident: Whilst adjusting the position of the tip shoot from the top platform Rees fell 58 ft from the tip platform. It was presumed that he lost his balance and fell. His body was found on the ground below.
