Place of accident: No 1 Movable Tip, [Barry Docks] Glamorgan.
Injury: Fell from a coal tip cradle fracturing his skull and sustaining other injuries.
Details of accident: Pritchard had been raised 28 feet above the ground in a cradle to assist in tipping a load of coal from the shoot. He fell from the cradle suffering fatal multiple injuries.
