Recommendation for the mitigation of sentence for selected prisoners on board/in: The Hardy convict hulk (1 name).

John Mills: aged 32, convicted at Newgate on 11 February 1821 of stealing poultry. Initial sentence 7 years transportation. On board Hardy.

James Robert: convicted at Warwick on 9 July 1821 of stealing I a dwelling house. Initial sentence 7 years transportation.

William Caird: convicted at Old bailey on 18 July 1821 of felony. Initial sentence 7 years transportation.

Samuel Watson: convicted at Winchester on 13 July 1821 of grand larceny. Initial sentence 7 years transportation.

John Heath: convicted at Warwick on 18 August 1821 of felony. Initial sentence 7 years transportation.
