Folios 182-183: Hugh Pigot, HMS Ramillies, the Downs. He refers to a letter and its enclosure he received from Mr John Barrow dated 16 April 1829 . He reports that both he and Lieutenant George White, Superintending the Left division of the Coastal Blockage report on the condition of the Watch House. He suggests a claim made by Charles Wrench for remuneration for the use of the shingle is unmerited.
Folio 184: An Enclosure to folios 182-183. A note referring to the enclosure, a statement by Lieutenant White in which he refers to Charles Wrench of Feversham concerning land at Sea Salters.
Folios 185-186: Enclosure to folios 182-183: Lieutenant George White, Shillings, 20 April 1829. He responds to the complaints made by Charles Wrench. These include the grazing rights of a donkey. They also include a claim that a flag staff had been erected and a parade held on land at the shoreline.
