Folios 422-423: Sir William Parker, Lynn, HMS Fly, Sheerness. Reports that Mr Anderson, Boatswain of HMS Fly, has been examined and found unfit for duty. He requests that the Admiralty appoint Thomas Bowier, who was previously appointed as Boatswain of HMS Etna on 13 February, but was unable to take the post as he was serving on board HMS Namur at the Nore.
