Folios 366-367: Richard Prater, Regulating Captain, Lynn, Norfolk. Responds to Admiralty request for information about three men impressed at the Rendezvous. They were William Courtney, Thomas Faith and James Neal.
Folio 368: Enclosure with folios 366-367: J.W. Chadwick, Surgeon, Lynn, Norfolk certificate dated 8 April 1813 certifying that William Courtney was fit to serve in the Royal Navy.
Folio 369: Enclosure with folios 366-367: J.W. Chadwick, Surgeon, Lynn, Norfolk certificate dated 1 May 1813 certifying that Thomas Faith was fit to serve in the Royal Navy.
Folio 370: Enclosure with folios 366-367: J.W. Chadwick, Surgeon, Lynn, Norfolk certificate dated 16 May 1813 certifying that James Neal was fit to serve in the Royal Navy.
