Folios 361-362: Henry Whitmarsh Pearse, 22 Arundel Street. Requests a dispensation from having to get a certificate of service for the period 24 May - 13 August 1803 when he served with Lord Nelson on HMS Victory. He would ask Sir Thomas Hardy but he was on foreign service.
