Folios 350-351: Charles Paget, HMS Superb. Letter asking for instructions regarding the request from Captain Lambert, commanding a detachment of Royal Marines on HMS Superb, that Sergeant Thomas Smith be reduced to the ranks.
Folios 352-353: Enclosure in 350-351: Captain Lambert, Royal Marines, 28 May 1813, to Captain Charles Paget, HMS Superb. Requests that Sergeant Thomas Smith of the Portsmouth Division be reduced to the rank of private due to his having been drunk and his contemptuous and insolent manner.
