Folios 230-231: Joshua Rowe, [for John Philips] Regulating Captain, Bristol. Response to letter about Robert Willets, said to be an American and aboard the HMS Enchantress.
Folios 232-233: Enclosure in folios 230-231: Lieutenant James Thomas Pasley, the commander of HMS Enchantress, 28 March 1813 to Joshua Rowe. Advises no record of Robert Willets on board his ship but did press 4 men last week of which 3 were American, (named as John Martin, Rowland Roberts, Obidiah Judston.
