Folios 201-202: Richard Prater, Regulating Captain, Lynn, Norfolk. Responding to Admiralty request for information about Richard Barnes sent to him by the King's Lynn Mayor for improper conduct. Says Barnes is about twelve years old and healthy, but has never been to sea.
Folios 203-204: Frances Massingham, Lynn Regis or Kings Lynn, Norfolk, 17 March 1813. Petition regarding Richard Barnes who was bound as an apprentice to him
