Folios 197-198: Captain Sir Fleetwood Broughton Reynolds Pellew, Albany Street, Pall Mall. Covering letter for the petition of Mr Rowe, a merchant of Shaldon near Teignmouth, regarding the impressment of the mate of a vessel belonging to him. Requests that the man be discharged if possible.
Folios 199-200: Enclosure with folios 197-198: Thomas Rowe, Shaldon near Teignmouth. Petition to Lord Melville and the Lords Commissioners of the Admiralty, concerning the impressment of William Mills, Mate, of the Penguin.
