Folios 155-156: Jocelyn Percy, Captain, HMS Hotspur at Spithead. Arrival of HMS Hotspur at this anchorage, having a convoy from Lisbon, agreeable to an order from Vice Admiral Martin, a copy of which is transmitted, with a log of proceedings, a list of the convoys and state and condition of the ship.
