To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: Messrs Radcliffe and Layton, Clerks to the Local Board of West Derby [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter advising that the Local Board are postponing laying a rate until they receive the Bill confirming the incorporation of a portion of Walton into their District in order that the incorporated neighbourhood may be included in the rate. They ask for a copy of the Bill.
