To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: Messrs Radcliffe and Layton, Clerks to the Local Board of West Derby, 13 Hackins Hey, Liverpool [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter advising that they have written to the Home Secretary asking him to receive a deputation from the Local Board in reference to the 'Boundary Bill 1868'.
They emphasise the importance of an early appointment since the matter will shortly be discussed in Parliament.
