To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: Messrs Radcliffe and Layton, Clerks to the Local Board of West Derby [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter applying for sanction to borrow £1200 for the extension of the Local Board's eastern main sewer at Stone Bridge Lane.
Enclosed is an estimate from Arthur F Orridge, Surveyor, stating that £960 will be needed for the sewer and £240 for settling tanks.
