To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: Joseph Rayner, Town Clerk of Liverpool [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter referring to a communication from the Office dated 28 November 1867 stating that a Provisional Order relating to Rocky Lane would be confirmed in February 1868. He states that it is of great importance to the inhabitants of Liverpool that the Order should be confirmed as soon as possible.
