From: James Tibbits, Town Clerk of Warwick [Warwickshire].
Subject Matter: Letter enclosing a memorial [petition], signed by Henry Blenkinsop, Mayor of Warwick, William Collins MP, and 260 others, calling for a Superintending Inspector to be sent to Warwick to conduct a preliminary inquiry with a view to the application of the Public Health Act 1848.
