From: Thomas H Shacklock, Mansfield [Nottinghamshire].
Subject Matter: Letter returning proposed bye laws for the Warsop District, for confirmation by the Home Secretary. He states that the bye laws have been altered to meet suggestions made in the Office's letter of 10 November 1863.
