Folio 40.
To: The Local Government Act Office.
From: Robert Rawlinson, Robert Morgan, and Arnold Taylor, Superintending Inspectors, The Local Government Act Office.
Subject Matter: Letter stating that they have carefully examined the plans, bye law, and question submitted by the Local Board of Warrington [Lancashire].
They state that the plans appear to comply with the 12th bye law since there are 17 feet of clear space from the back of the proposed houses to the walls of other houses, counting the four feet back passage. They add that, while it appears that the Local Board can modify the application of the bye law at their discretion, the plans submitted in this case may be sanctioned.
