From: [Thomas Geddes, Town Clerk and Clerk to the Local Board, Warrington, Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter advising that he has sent by book post bye laws unanimously passed by the Corporation of Warrington as the Local Board for the Home Secretary's approval, in lieu of the old 32nd bye law that has now been repealed.
