From: Thomas Geddes, Town Clerk and Clerk to the Local Board, Warrington [Lancashire].
Subject Matter: Letter sending for approval regulations made by Warrington Town Council regarding houses let as lodgings or occupied by more than one family.
[Folios 26-27 contain minutes suggesting alterations to the regulations and stating that one should be added forbidding the use of kitchens, sculleries, and basement-level rooms as dormitories].
