To: The General Board of Health.
From: Edward Strick, Clerk to the Swansea Local Board of Health, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
Subject Matter: Letter enclosing a return of the members and officers of the Local Board detailing dates of appointment and salaries [not included in the item]. He explains that the Local Board intend to transfer the duties of the Inspector of Nuisances to the Superintendent of Police.
He states that the Local Board have not yet made any bye laws as they expected to receive some general ones framed by the General Board, but now intend to make some without delay.
