To: The General Board of Health.
From: Edward Strick, Clerk to the Swansea Local Board of Health, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
Subject Matter: Letter drawing the General Board's attention to his letter of 16 October 1851 requesting permission for the Local Board to borrow £700 to complete the sewer along the Strand. He requests the General Board's earliest consideration of the matter as much inconvenience has arisen due to the lack of necessary funds.
