To: Edward Strick, Clerk pro tem to the Swansea Local Board of Health, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter, in reply to a letter of 11 November 1850, advising that the General Board have no power of advertisement for the use of Local Boards. He refers Strick to a general letter to all Local Boards dated 9 October 1850 for the General Board's opinion on the matter.
