To: Edward Strick, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
From: The General Board of Health.
Subject Matter: Draft letter, in reply to a letter of 17 August 1850, advising that Section 12 of the Public Health Act 1848 appears to stipulate that the duties of Clerk and Treasurer of a Local Board of Health in a Corporate District should be done by the Clerk and Treasurer of the Corporation.
Strick is advised that, as soon as the Confirming Bill applying the Act to Swansea is delivered from the printer, copies will be sent to the proper officers.
