Folios 69-72.
To: The General Board of Health.
From: Edward Strick, Clerk to the Commissioners of the Swansea Paving and Lighting Act, Swansea [Glamorganshire].
Subject Matter: Letter containing observations and suggested alterations to a draft Provisional Order for Swansea. He argues for certain sections of an existing local Act to be retained including those relating to the regulation of Hackney coaches. He also submits that certain words in the Provisional Order should be struck out. He concludes by observing that the rest of the Order appears to be satisfactory.
